All card payments made to Solvéra Labs are processed through Wise Business, our payment processor. We do not directly handle, process, or store your credit or debit card details on our systems.

Key security measures for card payments:

• All payment transactions are encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) during transmission.
• Wise is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant, ensuring your card data is handled to the highest industry standards.
• Card details are entered directly into Wise's secure payment interface — they never pass through or are stored on Solvéra Labs' servers.
• 3D Secure (3DS) authentication is supported where available for an additional layer of verification.

2. Data Transmission Security

All data transmitted between your browser and our website is protected using SSL/TLS encryption. This ensures that any information you provide — including personal details and communications — is encrypted in transit and cannot be intercepted by third parties.

3. Infrastructure Security

• We use reputable cloud service providers with robust security certifications.
• Access to client data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
• We use strong authentication practices including multi-factor authentication for internal systems.
• Regular security reviews are conducted to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

4. Client Data Protection

• Client data is stored securely and only accessed for the purpose of delivering the agreed Services.
• We do not share client data with third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.
• Upon project completion, client data can be deleted upon request (subject to legal retention requirements).
