1. About Us

Solvéra Labs Limited (“Solvéra Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI consultancy registered in New Zealand. We provide artificial intelligence consulting services, custom AI solutions, automation, and related technology services (“Services”) to businesses.

2. Scope of Services

We offer the following Services:

  • AI strategy consulting and advisory
  • Custom AI solution development (including automation workflows and integrations)
  • AI training, workshops, and educational resources
  • Ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (“SOW”) or proposal agreed upon by both parties before work commences.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our Services or making a payment to Solvéra Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with payment or engagement.

4. Payments

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payments are processed securely through Wise Business. All card transactions are processed in accordance with applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

The transaction currency will be clearly displayed at the time of payment in both words and symbols (e.g., “USD $1,000.00 — United States Dollars”). Where applicable, currency conversion is handled by Wise at their published exchange rates.

5. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy page for full details. A summary:

  • Before work commences: Full refund available within 14 days of payment, provided no work has begun.
  • After work commences: Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. You will be charged for work completed up to the point of cancellation, calculated on a pro-rata basis against the agreed SOW.
  • Completed work: No refunds are available for work that has been delivered and accepted.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept our refund policy.

6. Delivery Policy

As a consulting and technology services business, our deliverables are digital and delivered electronically. Delivery timelines are specified in each SOW or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Project milestones and deliverables are shared via email, shared workspace, or repository access.
  • Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith. We will notify you promptly of any material delays.
  • Final delivery is confirmed when deliverables are made available to you as specified in the SOW.

There are no physical goods or shipping involved in our Services.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in the SOW, upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to custom work products created specifically for your engagement. We retain the right to use general methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed in the course of our work.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvéra Labs' total liability for any claims arising from our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your business information to third parties unless required by law or with your express written consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
